● Portsmouth & Hampshire
Your marketing, sorted. All of it.
The digital marketing agency alternative for Portsmouth and Hampshire — one experienced marketer, embedded in your business, building the strategy and doing the work. Brand, web, content, SEO, paid and email, driving customers to your door.
No account managers. No juniors. No handoffs. Just me, on your dedicated days, doing what I said I'd do.
£350 a day. You'll always know what you're getting.

Sound familiar?
You're the best-kept secret in Hampshire.
You know your business is good. Better than most of your competitors, honestly. But somehow they're the ones showing up everywhere. You've thought about fixing it. Maybe you've tried:
The agency.
Brilliant pitch. Then you got handed to an account manager, the work went to a graduate, and the only proof anything happened was a PDF on the first of the month.
The freelancer.
Great at one thing. Trouble is, you need six things — and now you're the unpaid project manager for a patchwork of people who've never spoken to each other.
The hire.
£50k+ a year for one marketing manager who covers two or three things well and needs managing. You wanted marketing off your plate. It's still on your plate — now with payroll.
Doing it yourself.
At 9pm. Badly. (Your words, not mine.)
Here's the fifth option: one marketer, sixteen years across the entire mix, embedded in your business, doing all of it.
How it works
I get in. I get it. I get on with it.
I don't do discovery calls that turn into pitches. I do deep dives.
Before I plan anything, I get inside your business — your customers, your numbers, what you've tried, what actually makes you money. Most marketing fails because it solves the wrong problem beautifully. We're not doing that.
Then I build the plan. Not a 40-page deck you'll never open — a working plan that says what we're doing, in what order, and why.
Then I do it. Personally. On your dedicated days. Strategy, brand, website, content, social, SEO, paid, email — every piece pulling in the same direction, because one brain is holding all of it.
And when you're ready to bring marketing in-house? I'll build your team, train them, and hand over. My job is to make myself unnecessary. That's how you know the work is real.
Dedicated days
You'll never wonder what your money bought.
Ever paid a retainer and quietly thought — what do they actually do all month? That question is why this business exists. Your engagement is built from dedicated days. Days that belong to your business. In the calendar, in advance, visible.
You know when.
Tuesday's your day? Then Tuesday, I'm on your business. Not "across the team's priorities." On yours.
You know what.
A note at the start of the day: here's what I'm working on. A note at the end: here's what got done.
You know who.
Me. Every time. No gatekeepers, no "I'll check with the team," no team.
No black box. No jargon fog. No chasing.
The process
Four steps. No mystery.
1
Deep Dive
I get properly inside your business — customers, competitors, numbers, history. The problem you tell me about is rarely the problem costing you money. This is where we find the real one.
2
The Plan
What we're doing, in what order, what it costs, what it's built to achieve. Your plan sets your dedicated days — not the other way round.
3
The Doing
I execute it. Building, writing, launching, optimising — on your days, in plain sight. You watch it happen in real time, not in a monthly report.
4
The Handover
When you're ready for an in-house team, I'll help you structure it, hire it and train it — then step back. This is built to set you free.
How I work
Three things you should know about me.
I don't chase shiny things.
The new platform everyone's panicking about probably isn't your answer. I'll keep your budget pointed at what actually drives customers through your door — and tell you straight when something's a distraction.
I build for your reality.
Your plan fits your budget, your capacity and your team (even if your team is just you). No strategies that need three hires and a miracle to execute.
I'll tell you the truth.
If something isn't working, you'll hear it from me first — with what we're doing about it. If something you want to do is a bad idea, I'll say so before you spend the money.

About
Sixteen years. Every discipline. One pair of hands.
I've spent sixteen years doing every marketing job there is — strategy, brand, websites, content, SEO, paid, email, print and exhibitions — so that my clients only ever need one person.
I've built and sold a marketing agency, so I know exactly how they work from the inside. I've been a Head of Marketing, building a function from scratch and growing a company's revenue to £3.7m in three years. And I've been the designer and the doer on hundreds of projects.

FAQs
Common marketing questions answered
What is marketing?
Marketing is everything you do to get the right customers to notice you, trust you and choose you — from your brand and website to your content, social media, ads and email. Good marketing isn't random posting or a one-off campaign; it's a joined-up plan that consistently brings the right people to your door.
Can one person really do all of it?
Sixteen years is the honest answer. I've run the strategy, built the brands, developed the websites, written the content, and managed the SEO, ad accounts and email programmes — for real businesses, with real budgets. For genuinely specialist overflow, such as heavy video production, I direct a small trusted network — but you deal with me.
What if I need you between my days?
You've got direct access — no gatekeepers. Genuinely urgent things get handled. Everything else goes on the plan for your next day, and you'll see it there.
Am I locked in?
Engagements start with a minimum initial term — typically six months, because real marketing results need at least that — then roll monthly with notice. And remember, the exit is designed in.
Do you work outside Portsmouth and Hampshire?
Yes — plenty happens remotely and the model travels. But I'm built for the South Coast: face-to-face days, local knowledge, actually turning up.
Tell me what's not working.
Thirty minutes. No pitch, no deck, no "let me loop in the team" — there is no team. Tell me about your business and where it's stuck. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help. And if I'm not the right fit, I'll point you at whatever is.
