The Brief
My challenge was to manage the creation and delivery of a marketing strategy. It was challenging work that touched virtually every marketing channel and had timeline pressure throughout due to some key client exhibitions and launch of services.
My work for Consortiq encompassed managing the strategic brand work, visual identity creation, brand strapline creation, website design and build (including copywriting), white paper writing, brochure copy/design/print, plus an exhibition stand design.

Web Solution
The approach of the project was pivotal to its success. The client trusted me as a strategist. The work started with planning, I conducted in-depth research and collaborative workshops in order to establish how the client should look, sound, and appeal to prospective customers, as well as a company migration plan for brands within their portfolio.
Beyond this was a phase of working with a copywriter, from a brand strapline through to website and white paper creation, running alongside the management of a website design and build project. Finally, the design and print of all their required marketing materials and collateral.


Lead Generation Solution
Once the print and website were in place I focused on SEO to identify technical areas of opportunity and set the project’s course.
Using informational brochures as lead magnets, I enticed prospects into the funnel with targeted ads on Social Media and Google.
I then managed the creation of a series of supporting blogs, which were used in other ad campaigns for varying persona groups.
